Happiness doesn't have to be loud.
It hides in the very small moments.
I'm 38 years old, a mum, and for 22 years an early-years educator and kindergarten teacher with all my heart. Today I'm lucky enough to work as the pedagogical lead of a nursery and to accompany young people on their way as a trainer.

For me, children aren't simply little grown-ups. They are little worlds – with big feelings, quiet fears, delicate antennae and an enormous hunger for real experience.
Over the last 22 years I've been allowed to learn so much: about fears that feel small and are big. About highly sensitive children who feel the world more intensely than others. About trauma you can't see but can feel. About movement as a language, about Montessori, about feelings that are finally allowed to have a name – and about playful learning that truly arrives in the heart.
My work isn't just my job. It's my passion.
What I do here
- Travel stories & favourite places: places we've experienced with our kids themselves – with what worked and what I'd do differently next time.
- On the road in our motorhome: short stages, free afternoons and places where kids can simply be kids.
- Everyday joy: small rituals that cost nothing and still change a lot.
- Honest favourites: only what we really use – with strengths, weaknesses and a clear verdict.
- DIY & crafts with kids: simple ideas using materials you already have at home.
- The blog: this is where all the stories from the five topic worlds are written (currently in German).

- I only write about things I've seen, tested or experienced with my kids myself.
- A favourite only appears here once it has truly become part of our everyday life.

And when I'm not at the nursery?
Then you'll find me outside. In the mountains. In nature – summer and winter. Hiking, skiing, or simply out for a walk and a deep breath. The mountains ground me.
I love travelling – with and without the motorhome. New places, new people, new smells. I love cooking, being creative and the simple things: an outing that doesn't have to be big at all in order to feel big.
Why Mini-Glück?
Because I believe happiness doesn't have to be loud. Happiness is often very small. A glance. A hand-drawn picture. A papier-mâché turtle with a mirror in the middle, in which a child sees itself and says: I matter.
That's exactly what Mini-Glück is for. For little moments of happiness that are allowed to grow in everyday life – for children and for the grown-ups who accompany them.
